Our first product and the start of the company
Like many ideas, the idea for our first product was born out of necessity when we realised we were missing out on important nutrients in our diet. So began what turned out to be three years of research and development into the health and nutritional benefits of nuts and seeds, finally establishing how the right combination could both meet many daily nutritional requirements and provide additional benefits, like Antioxidant activity, Essential Fatty Acids and the all-important Selenium.

The period of research and development revealed how many of the nutrients in this mix are important for the correct functioning of the brain (mind) and body. This fact proved irresistibly appropriate when deciding what to call the Company - hence, Food for Mind and Body.

We now have two products with a third in development. All of them are based on the conviction that exceptional nutrition can be obtained from food . When available our third product will serve a similar purpose of being convenient to use, natural, food-based, and meeting an existing nutritional need.
